Refund will be processed within 5-7 working days and amount will be refunded to the payment method used
during booking.

Infant Policy:
Makruzz and ITT Majestic:No charges for infants under 1 year. Green Ocean: No charges for infants under 2 years. Nautika/Nautika Lite: Infants under 2 years are charged INR 105 + 50 Port Service Fee (PSF) per infant.
Reschedule/Cancellations by Operator:
Operators may change or cancel due to weather or technical issues. In such cases, passengers will be transferred to a different ferry or given a full refund.Cancellation by the Guest: More than 48 hours before departure: INR 200/person/ticket. Between 24 to 48 hours before departure: 50% of the ticket price. Within 24 hours of departure: 100% of the ticket price.
Rescheduling by the Guest: More than 72 hours before sailing: INR 200/person/ticket. Between 48 to 24 hours before departure: 50% of the ticket price. Within 24 hours of departure: 100% of the ticket price.
